Join K&B Transportation as an Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver in the Midwest Region. These positions offer competitive pay, route flexibility, and benefits that vary by home time option. The roles qualify for drivers with a minimum of one year of OTR experience and a valid Class A CDL.

Compensation & Schedule Options

  • Option 1: Road Warrior Pay starts at $0.70 CPM, guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week ($2,000 on top weeks). 8 weeks per month, 10 days off. Top miles guaranteed 2,300 miles per week. Paid vacation. 2020+ Freightliner Cascadias (APU, refrigerator, automatic). $100 Walmart gift card after orientation. Midwest regional or national lanes (no Northeast, no NYC). Benefits plans choice. Flight to orientation.
  • Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package Pay starts at $0.68 CPM, guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week ($2,000 on top weeks). 4 weeks per month, 5 days off. Top miles 2,300 miles per week. Paid vacation. 2020+ Freightliner Cascadias (APU, refrigerator, automatic). $100 Walmart gift card after orientation. Midwest regional or national lanes (no Northeast, no NYC). Benefits plans choice. Flight to orientation.
  • Option 3: Traditional Midwest Regional Pay starts at $0.62$0.64 CPM, guaranteed $1,426 minimum per week ($2,000 on top weeks). 4 weeks per month, 5 days off. Top miles 2,300 miles per week. Paid vacation. 2020+ Freightliner Cascadias (APU, refrigerator, automatic). $100 Walmart gift card after orientation. Midwest regional or national lanes (no Northeast, no NYC). Benefits plans choice. Flight to orientation.
