SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Aid in the total rehabilitation of patients of all ages in providing occupational therapy services. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients of all ages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited American Occupational Therapy Association program
- Currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by state of employment
- American Heart Association BLS prior to end of orientation period
