Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the Utility Construction business, is hiring a Supervisor to oversee Directional Drill crews and projects in the Louisville, KY area.
The Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of all the jobs in their area. They will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer's schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow.
Responsibilities
Lead various size projects
Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards
Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during their work
Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A License highly preferred
A minimum of 3 years experience supervising underground construction projects, with demonstrated experience as a Directional Drill Operator or Locator
Must have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications
Limited travel required
Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus
