Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation
The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour.
Benefits are available to eligible employees after 90 days of employment.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Responsibilities
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
- Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Encourage patient engagement in health and wellness, including behavioral health, screenings, and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for patient panels.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Requirements
- Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
- Active license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred.
- Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in information management and technology.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
- Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care.
