We’re working with a well-established Fortune 500 manufacturer to find a strong Maintenance Manager for their plant about 50 minutes from Tuscaloosa, AL. This is a full-time leadership role with great support, good people, and the chance to make a real impact.

- Comfortable with a 24/7 plant environment (weekend/holiday support as needed)

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Wood products experience is a plus
