As a Full Stack Lead Developer at Fiserv, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the financial services industry. You will lead, design, and develop cutting-edge software solutions while collaborating with a talented cross-functional team to deliver applications that directly impact our clients' success. - Lead the design and development of software applications that support our key business goals.
- Collaborate with our teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Write, test, and debug high-performing applications using Java, PHP, and Vue.js.
- Maintain and improve our existing codebases and lead peer review sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their skills.
- Deploy new code solutions and ensure our applications can handle high traffic using technologies like AWS EC2, AWS S3, and GitLab CI.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, PHP, and Vue.js.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a development team.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
