Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation:
- The pay for this position is 74.87per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights:
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
- Perform administrative duties such as clinic opening/closing, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
- Handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Encourage patient engagement in healthcare through screenings and chronic condition management.

Critical Information
- Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off; requires working every other weekend and possible holiday rotations.
- Schedule is 7 days in a row for 6 weeks, then 7 days off in a row for 6 weeks
- Onsite as needed; patient-facing role.
Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification a
- State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
- Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
- Completed accredited DOT certificate training program prior to start date. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility. Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
