Who We're Looking For:
Certified: Must have your RHS (Radiation Health & Safety) certification.
Educated: A high school diploma is required; graduation from a dental assisting program or prior dental office experience is a strong plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EMR systems, quick to learn new software, and able to type efficiently.
Team Player: Works well with others, communicates clearly, and contributes to a smooth, respectful clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons chairside during procedures—manage instruments, anticipate needs, and keep things moving efficiently.
Use accurate dental terminology when communicating with patients and team members.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records using EMR systems and strong typing skills.
Follow aseptic techniques and help maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment.
Take X-rays and assist with general dentistry support as needed.
Contribute to a smooth, collaborative team environment focused on patient care.
Complete your DAANCE certification within your first year (we cover the cost and provide training and support).
Ability to travel to our Lititz, Lancaster, and Hummelstown offices as needed
