Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Operate the register and cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with our food program.

  • Maintain high store appearance standards, both inside and out.

  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers throughout your shift.

  • Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

  • Work with your team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.

  • Interact with customers and handle their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

You are good at:

  • Selling products and services to customers.

  • Providing exceptional customer care.

  • Engaging in communication and friendly conversations.

  • Working quickly while having fun.

  • Collaborating as part of a team to meet store goals.

  • Thinking on your feet and offering helpful suggestions.

  • Coming up with creative solutions to problems.

Great if you have:

  • Retail or customer service experience.

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Motivation to grow and advance in your career.

  • A willingness to learn and have fun while working!

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.

  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.

  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.

  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.

  • Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.

  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs.
