Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for assigned commodities, materials, and services.
- Create and process purchase orders usingEpicor ERP.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure materials meet operational needs.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor information, pricing, and lead times.
- Collaborate with accounting, production, and engineering to resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices.

Qualifications
- 2+ yearsof experience in a purchasing or buyer role (manufacturing environment preferred).

- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreein Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
