Overview Seeking an experienced HVAC Equipment Sales Executive to develop and manage strategic relationships within the commercial HVAC and mechanical construction industry in the Las Vegas market.
Key Objectives

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage decision-makers at mechanical contractors, engineering firms, and end users.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure pricing and schedules align with customer expectations.
- Maintain solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and air distribution equipment.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client review.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical equipment, or building systems.
- Proven success in territory development and account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, air distribution products, and construction drawings.
Preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Fabrication, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
- Technical degree or coursework in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with design-build and plan-spec projects.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Compensation Competitive base salary with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) match. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule based in Las Vegas, NV with regional travel as needed.
