The Johnson Family warmly invites applications for the position of a Full-Time Nanny. Our household is lively and busy due to our lovely children, a 3-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 5-year-old girl. As the single parent of our vivacious brood, I work as a caregiver with occasional long shifts, and thus seek assistance with childcare duties.
The payment is a competitive $15.00/hr for a 40-hour work week. Tasks associated with the care of children include but are not limited to playtime supervision, guiding and facilitating learning through play, and ensuring our children’s safety at all times.
Beyond childcare, the role entails some domestic responsibilities. These include light housekeeping duties to maintain an orderly environment where our children can thrive. Additionally, meal prep for our children will be required.
Due to the nature of my work, it is crucial that the successful applicant is available for occasional late shifts. Therefore, owning a car and having a valid driver’s license is a necessity for the role, in case of unexpected instances where the children need to be transported. Fluency in spoken English is a requirement to facilitate clear communication with our family and to assist our children in their language development.
Furthermore, the safety of our children is of paramount importance. The ideal candidate will possess a first aid and CPR certification, providing peace of mind that they are prepared to deal with any potential emergencies appropriately and promptly.
