What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning & Expanding the Territory – Drive new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors
- Consultative Selling – Educate clients on OSHA-compliant fall protection solutions, helping them reduce risk and improve safety compliance
- Building Long-Term Relationships – Develop and maintain strong connections with contractors, safety managers, and key decision-makers
- Hunting for New Business – Identify opportunities, generate leads, and grow revenue in a rapidly expanding safety market
- Conducting On-Site Assessments – Must be comfortable climbing 6ft-10ft ladders, and evaluating job sites to recommend the best solutions
- Plan and forecast sales order intake within the market sectors for short and medium term
- Assist in the formulation of the regional budget and manage the activities within that budget
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales/marketing activities and performance; ensure that all regional administration, proposals and reports are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Keep abreast with technological developments in the field and regularly report on competitor activity/pricing strategies
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own territory while being supported by marketing, technical experts, and leadership teams to help you maximize your potential.

- The delivery of Personal monthly Sales target.
- Attend customer sites for surveys for quotation purposes.
- Produce quotations from customers enquiries / drawings based on relevant design standards
- Set up, plan and present product lines to owners, architects, engineers and contractors that could potentially use our products
- Collaborate with the inside sales team on orders and projects
- Problem solve shipping, credit and logistic issues that inhibit meeting customer ship date requirements
- Utilize web-based tools to track construction projects to create new sales
- Perform research and market analysis to assist in new product creation and higher win percentages against competition
- Update customer/prospect/lead database with outreach activities and new contacts
- Develop targeted and focused marketing campaigns on specific niche markets in your given territory
- Identify indirect sales opportunities, potential markets and partners to generate sales
- Take lead with follow-up on prospects/leads generated by company advertising, referrals and telephone communications with the goal to achieve and exceed annual business sales goals
- Assist in the preparation of quotations for all product lines
- Interest in training and developing a sales team and step into a leadership role.
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B Outside sales experience selling to end users including GC's, Roofing contractors and manufacturing plants.
- Experience in a consultative selling environment into Procurement and/or C-Level contacts.
- Willingness to work at heights on rooftops to complete full site inspections of clients.
- Strong sales performer that constantly achieves goals and surpassing KPI's.
- Preferably degree educated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
- Proactive mindset to recognize direct and indirect opportunities for lead generation and sales
- Self-motivated, individual contributor and team player
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferred
- Ability to Manage a team and become a future leader.
