This medical center is a Level 2 Trauma facility serving the greater Camp Hill community. The facility features a department with 12-30 beds that provides comprehensive trauma and surgical services with strong team support and advanced medical resources.Opportunity:
Board Eligible - Advanced Practice ProviderJob Details:
• Full-time day/night weekday coverage needed urgently
• Handle 5-10 patient encounters per shift
• Round on patients, assist in operating room, and respond to ED pages
• Work as part of a team with 2 APPs during day shift and 1 at night
• Must be comfortable performing suturing and fracture reductions
• Must be comfortable working independently and knowing when to call Trauma or Orthopedic surgeons for backup
• Prior experience as an OR assistant required
• Day shifts of 8-12 hours with after-hours calls
• Off-site with call back requirements
• Must have active Pennsylvania medical license
• ACLS certification required
• Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma facility preferred
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-120 daysCompensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
