Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development.
- Manage land use and zoning matters such as subdivisions, rezoning, variances, conditional use permits, and related appeals.
- Represent clients before municipal and zoning boards, as well as in administrative and court proceedings when necessary.
