Option 1: Road Warrior

• Start at $0.70 CPM
• Pay Rate:
  • Road Warrior OTR truck drivers can earn up to $90,000 yearly
  • Guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
  • Road Warrior drivers earn $.70 CPM
• 8 Weeks Out / 10 Days Off
• Top miles Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
• Paid vacation
• 2020+ Freightliner Cascadia (APU's, refrigerators, automatic)
• $100 Walmart gift card after orientation
• Midwest Regional or National Lanes (no Northeast, no NYC)
• Your choice of benefits plans

Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package

• Start at $0.68 CPM
• Pay Rate:
  • Midwest Regional truck drivers can earn $85,000+ yearly
  • Guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
  • MidWest Regional drivers earn $.68 CPM
• 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off
• Top miles Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
• Paid vacation
• 2020+ Freightliner Cascadia (APU's, refrigerators, automatic)

• Midwest Regional or National Lanes (no Northeast, no NYC)

Option 3: Traditional Midwest Regional

• Start at $0.62 - $0.64 CPM
• Pay Rate:
  • Midwest Regional truck drivers can earn $85,000+ yearly
  • Guaranteed $1,426 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
  • MidWest Regional drivers earn $.68 CPM
• 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off
• Top miles Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week

• 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia (APU's, refrigerators, automatic)

K&B OTR Truck Driver Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year over-the-road experience required.
• Valid Class A CDL.
