Duties and Responsibilities: Total Project Oversight

- Manage project resources by coordinating manpower allocation, controlling the supply chain, and purchasing/scheduling all equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, conduct regular site visits and job meetings to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, and proactively address all project issues
- Complete all necessary project documentation, including submittals, O&M manuals, and oversee final closeout activities (owner walk-throughs and as-built coordination)

- 5+ years of experience in a project management or leadership role within the HVAC or Mechanical contracting industry
- Proven technical expertise in HVAC design, system installation, and familiarity with relevant construction codes
