Channel Account Manager– Copiers – REMOTE ( Mid-West)
Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.
They are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise as well as experience developing strategies with key decision-makers to help increase sales.
This position is full time – Virtual/Remote and has an anticipated salary range of $70,000-104,000 annually. Position is commission eligible under the terms of an applicable plan based on a 65/35 split.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users
- The account executive is the face of the company, promoting the business relationship between company and assigned dealers and/or offices
- Communicates effectively with fortune 500 customers including CEO, CIO, and CFO's presenting high level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis
- Assists the dealer sales channel and end user customers with technical knowledge that allows for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions
- Manages dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel related support
- Conducts high level introductory sales calls, providing retail sales channel proposal development and bid support assistance
- Coordinates and implements product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channel
- Manages coordinator of certain events/tradeshows
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Has working knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with copier sales / A3 market required
- B2B retail sales and/or customer face to face, copier dealer, copier manufacturer experience preferred
- CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- 5+ years in sales/sales support and industry related experience
- Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:
