The RoleWe are seeking aSenior Missy/Contemporary Designerwith deep experience in the off-price apparel space. This individual will lead design from concept through execution, bringing a balance of creativity, commercial awareness, and technical expertise to deliver strong collections tailored to our retail partners.
- Lead the design and development of missy/contemporary collections across multiple categories.
- Create and present trend-right concepts, line presentations, and CADs to internal teams and retail buyers.
- Work closely with sales, merchandising, and production teams to align product with customer needs and retail strategies.
- Develop and execute seasonal color stories, fabrications, and trim packages.
- Ensure design execution aligns with off-price market demands and retail partner expectations.
- Oversee and mentor junior design staff as needed.
- 7–10 years of experiencein women’s apparel design, specifically missy/contemporary.
- Proven track record working withoff-price retailers(Ross, Burlington, TJX, etc.).
- Strong presentation and CAD skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools).
