What You’ll Do
As the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for all things people, compliance, and culture. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with all Federal and multiple State Employment & Labor laws.
Overseeing Workers’ Compensation policies and procedures.
Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
Conducting annual reviews of employee compensation and benefits.
Managing open enrollment, FMLA, and short-term disability.
- Full accountability for all aspects of payroll.
Serving on the 401K plan review committee.
Designing and implementing employee evaluation programs.
Analyzing exit interview trends and reporting insights to senior leadership.
Mentoring and developing HR staff to grow capabilities and engagement.
Partnering with employment attorneys on compliance and policy matters.
Assessing organizational training needs and rolling out effective programs.
Participating in disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness and professionalism.
You’ll report directly to theDirector of Finance and Accountingand serve as a key advisor to senior leadership.
What You Bring
Our client is seeking someone with both strong technical HR knowledge and exceptional leadership presence. Ideal candidates will have:
- 5–7 yearsof progressive HR experience in an organization of 100+ employees.
Proven expertise in
- FMLA and ADA administration.
Hands-on experience managing compliance across
- multiple states .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in
- Microsoft Office and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.
