Position Overview

TheAssistant Dean of Practical Nursingprovides critical leadership and oversight for the college’s Practical Nursing program. This position works closely with the Dean to ensure academic excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and the ongoing success of both students and faculty. The ideal candidate combines academic expertise, operational acumen, and a passion for developing the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage

  • day-to-day operations

  • Support the Dean in

  • Ensure full compliance with

  • Board of Nursing rules and accreditation standards
  • Supervise faculty and staff, including

  • recruitment, training, evaluation, and mentoring

  • curriculum development, implementation, and assessment

  • Serve as a

  • liaison between the college, community, and healthcare organizations
