Circle K is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and organization of inventory levels, monitor product availability, and perform regular audits to maintain high operational standards. You will work with various teams to ensure merchandise is correctly accounted for and that the store’s inventory is consistently up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inventory audits of merchandise to ensure accuracy.

  • Compare physical counts of inventory with recorded data to identify discrepancies.

  • Maintain detailed records of inventory checks and any discrepancies found.

  • Assist with restocking, replenishing inventory, and reporting missing or damaged goods.

  • Perform product scans, track products in the store, and ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.

  • Collaborate with management to ensure the inventory system is updated and accurate.

  • Identify areas for improvement in inventory control processes.

  • Provide input on strategies to improve inventory management and reduce discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with store organization as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience in inventory auditing or retail preferred, but not required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks without sacrificing accuracy.

    • Good organizational and time-management skills.

    • Proficiency in basic math and inventory management software.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

  • Ability to bend, twist, and reach frequently.

  • Use of hand-held scanning devices and other tools for inventory tracking.
