West Meade PlacePayroll Bookkeeper / AP
West Meade Place is looking for aFULL TIME Payroll/Accounts Payableto join our team working Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience and will be responsible for paying center bills, keeping track of invoices, & entering payroll and employee information. You will have the opportunity to train with our current staff member
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent and formal classroom bookkeeping education or two years bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in writing and mathematical skills.
- Be able to work accurately with pressures of deadlines and interruptions while at the same time being well organized, persistent and working as a team player.
- Possess good communication and analytical skills with particular ability to pay attention to details.
- Experience in insurance verification, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
- Possess good communication skills with attention to detail.
- Be able to work effectively and thoroughly with patients and families.
- Be well-organized, persistent and work as a team player with other departments.
Payroll/Accounts Payable Position Highlights:
Vouchering invoices, Preparing weekly check run, Communicating with vendors and partners with regards to purchases, Preparing month end books for submission to home office, and other various tasks related to accounts payable.Benefits
