Responsibilities

  • Recordkeeping: Accurately record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, invoices, and payments, into the company’s general ledger.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage bills and payments due to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Accounts Receivable: Handle client invoices, track payments, and send out receipts.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for employees, coordinating with payroll services or using accounting software.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
