We have an exciting new opportunity to join our non profit organization that has been rapidly expanding our treatment services in the mental health field for over 30 years. We are seeking a Psychiatric Registered nurse to work in one of our many programs throughout the five Boroughs of New York. We have a multitude of job openings in each Boroughs with an opportunity to treat patients within the underserved community that are suffering from various forms of menta illnesses. You would join a collaborative and supportive team of RN’s, Nurse Practitioners, Social workers, and physicians. This opportunity would be a Monday through Friday schedule working 9- 5pm with no weekends and no on call. Full benefits included! Please see job highlights below for more info.
Title: Psychiatric Registered Nurse

Compensation: $98,000 to $110,000, DOE
Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Vision, PTO, Vacation, sick leave, 403 B, malpractice, CME credit
Responsibilities:
Giving IM injections to patients
Bringing patients their medication
Working with patients in a community health setting
Documenting notes in EMR system
Coordinating care with other medical staff
Speaking with family members
Participating in meetings when necessary
Monitoring medication side effects
Requirements:
Associates Degree of Nursing
