What does it take to become successful as a Recruiter?
We are seeking someone who is passionate and goal oriented. Someone with a strong sense of urgency who works independently very successfully. Someone who is highly organized, and self-disciplined about their business. Strong account management and people skills are critical to one’s success. Previous recruitment and/or sales experience is helpful but not required.
What training/mentoring is available to me?
In addition to a formal training program and three month follow up training, you will receive 1 on 1 daily training and QA sessions. You’ll have access and be joining a team a highly trained account managers / recruiters who have significant experience in their respective fields that can also be consulted for advice. Our existing account manager / recruiters are experts in their business and some of the most talented people in the industry. If you want someone to emulate, you’ll have plenty of incredible examples to follow. We provide 24×7 access to leaders and trainers in our industry including via paid the industries best website. We also pay for webinars to further enhance our staff’s experiences and knowledge. You can also attend state and national training conferences to increase your skills.
