1. 2+ years of experience as an agency recruiter with proven results
2. A positive growth mindset + resilience, with demonstrated experience succeeding in a high performance environment
3. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience
3 Things You Will Be Doing In The Job:
1. New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients in the legal industry
2. Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients open positions
