Key Responsibilities
As a Superintendent, you’ll be on the front lines of project execution—responsible for site coordination, schedule adherence, safety enforcement, and quality assurance.
Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Manage schedules, inspections, materials, and logistics
Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized job sites
Conduct and document progress meetings
Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets, cost controls, and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWPPP, and company protocols
What We’re Looking For
âś… 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
âś… Strong knowledge of
- ground-up construction , especially Big Box Retail or Grocery
- Walmartproject experience is a major plus
âś… Comfortable with scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management
âś… OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
âś… SWPPP Certification (preferred)
âś… Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and FieldWire familiarity a bonus
âś… Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
âś… Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
