• Provides therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment, patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload of patients • Provides all ancillary/administrative requirements including documentation, billing, scheduling management, and other administrative duties • Demonstrates appropriate communication, professionalism and supervision of support staff (licensed assistants, aides, volunteers) • Complies with organization code of conduct and policies • Adheres to professional organization core values, code of ethics, and scope of practice • Flexibility to work where patient need is highest, including other departments when schedule allows • Provides staff education, participates in committee groups, and assists with staff onboarding/orientation • May serve as a clinical instructor and participate in department or therapy discipline committees • Complete credentials/certifications that would benefit patient care • Requires Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required • May require valid driver's license and meeting driving requirements based on location • Some positions may require BLS certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire dateCompensation:
