General Laborer/Driver

– Play a key role in every project by assisting experienced masons, managing tools and materials, and helping beautiful stonework come to life through on-the-job training.
– Drive crew to and from job sites, make supply stops, and occasionally tow a non-CDL dump trailer.
– Prep the site by installing wall ties, rain screen, waterproofing tape, and consolidating sand.
– Mix cement, supply materials, and assist the mason with tools and scaffolding.
– Load & unload materials, keep the site clean, and protect materials from the weather.
– Operate saws, power tools, and help set up scaffolding.
– Help with seasonal and maintenance tasks like draining hoses and organizing tools.
– Gain knowledge of stone types, waterproofing, and mortar mixes.
– Work alongside skilled masons eager to mentor and coach you in the trade.
– Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (45–55 hours/week); shop work on rainy days and optional Saturdays.

– Experience: No prior masonry experience required—this is a great entry-level role. We provide on-the-job training. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record for the past 2 years.
