Candidate Profile:
- JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Timely bar admission will be a condition of employment.
- 1–4 yearsof substantive experience inestate planning,
- trust and estate administration , and
- tax planning .
- Exposure to drafting
- complex estate planning and
- business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals .
- Familiarity withgift,
- estate , and
- generation-skipping tax planning strategies .
- Experience assisting withprobate proceedingsfor both
- taxable and
- non-taxable estates .
