PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a summary of the Primary Job Responsibilities. It is not to be considered as an allencompassinglist of job duties.

- Manage project schedule & cost and report status weekly to management.
- Interface with customers as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct Project Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to complete tasks on time and on budget.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Proposals, Materials, and Manufacturing to accomplish project tasks, meet project milestones, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Schedule and lead effective meetings, both internal and with customers.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project and ensuring that all project requirements and deliverables are met.
- Assist in various project related tasks such as: assisting in the pricing of proposals and ECNs, supplier evaluations, risk assessment, customer presentations, address quality issues, coordinate factory acceptance visits, process RMAs, and lead process improvement activities.
- Manage multiple projects of various size and scope simultaneously.
- REQUIREMENTS
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly if related to design and development of
custom machinery, automation equipment, or other electro-mechanical equipment.
• Prior experience in Project Management is highly preferred.
• Must be hardworking, self - motivated, and willing to take the initiative on things. • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) and Microsoft Project. Prior experience using CAD software is a plus.
