Child Transport Driver Key Responsibilities

Child Transport Driver Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience

  • 5+ years of caregiving experience, including 2+ years working with children

  • Must be at least 23 years old

  • Own or lease a 4-door vehicle (no more than 13 years old, 10 years in select markets)

  • Clean driving record

  • Pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting

  • Strong navigational skills and familiarity with local roads

  • Excellent communication skills and patience when working with children
