End-to-End Project Oversight: Develop, execute, and refine project plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000

A highly respected company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead critical projects, optimize workflows, and drive strategic initiatives.

This is a leadership role requiring discretion, professionalism, and a strong ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Oversight: Develop, execute, and refine project plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets within the $120K–$140K salary range, ensuring financial efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks early and implement strategic solutions to mitigate challenges.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs, track progress, and provide regular reports to executive leadership.

Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management methodologies for operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience leading high-impact projects.

Methodologies & Certifications: Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP certification preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Communication & Leadership: Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement forward-thinking solutions.
