Civil Engineer
(Residential & Commercial Projects)
We are seeking aCivil Engineerwith expertise insite plan developmentfor a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong skills in infrastructure design and site layout planning. The successful candidate will collaborate on designingstormwater management systems,septic and sewage facilities, androadway infrastructure, while ensuring regulatory compliance and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developsite plansfor residential and commercial projects, including grading, utility plans, and erosion and sedimentation control.
- Designstormwater management systems,
- septic systems , and
- sewage facilities in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work onroadway design, producing profiles, cross-sections, and plan details.
- Review and refine site layout plans, includinggrading,
- utility plans , and
- erosion control measures .
- Utilizehydraulic engineeringprinciples in the design and review of site infrastructure.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and technical accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degreein
- Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience inresidential and commercial site plan development.
- Strong knowledge ofstructural engineeringprinciples.
- Proficiency in
- design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and
- hydraulic engineering techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
