RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, review, and manage bid requests, contracts, and related documentation in alignment with city policies and applicable laws.
- Oversee the bidding and proposal process, including advertisement, evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Process and track contracts through the city’s approval systems, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for contractors and consultants, providing guidance on contract terms, performance expectations, and compliance standards.
