Proven ability to grow accounts while maintaining gross margin discipline
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with
- CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel up to 40–50%

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Retention
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts
Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth and multi-project partnerships
Identify opportunities to expand business through CIP systems, automation, service, and packaging solutions

Commercial & Technical Leadership

Support proposal development and pricing strategies
Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events

Execute the business development strategy for defined customer profiles and project types
