What does a great Account Manager do at Fiserv?
A great Account Manager at Fiserv owns the operational relationship with assigned clients across the enterprise, ensuring quality delivery and ongoing maintenance of products and services. You will be the primary operational contact who coordinates resources, resolves issues, and works closely with Relationship Managers to represent client needs internally. Your focus is practical: keep service delivery reliable, escalate effectively, and create opportunities for expanded business through strong client experiences and clear communication.
What you will do:
Serve as primary operational contact for assigned client accounts, owning day-to-day issue resolution and escalation.
Coordinate cross-functional Fiserv teams to deliver and maintain product and service commitments.
Track service delivery against SLAs and drive corrective actions to improve client satisfaction.
Oversee onboarding, implementations and project governance for assigned accounts.
Identify operational risks and lead remediation plans to reduce service interruptions.
Surface revenue or renewal opportunities to Relationship Managers through ongoing client engagement.
What You Will Need To Have:
3+ years’ experience supporting banking or financial technology clients.
2+ years’ experience managing client relationships or service delivery for multiple stakeholders.
2+ years’ experience coordinating cross-functional project work or implementations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with experience producing client reports or executive presentations.
Ability and willingness to travel 10–25% of the time.
What Would Be Great To Have:
Knowledge of Fiserv systems and solution sets.
5+ years’ experience in banking/financial technology or related operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
Demonstrated customer service and conflict management capabilities; experience escalating to executive stakeholders.
Project management experience and proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
