Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to supervise the strategic delivery and operational excellence of our IT Solution Build & Operate team. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams in implementing high-quality, scalable, and secure business solutions, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, a sound understanding of technology and business integration, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Job Duties
- Strategic Oversight & Delivery Management
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution of enhancements, defect resolutions, and strategic initiatives. - Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Governance
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to validate and prioritize requirements, ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria that support scalable and sustainable solutions. - Agile Leadership & Process Optimization
Oversee agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement in team velocity and delivery predictability. - Technical Governance & Standards Compliance
Enforce adherence to enterprise architecture principles, coding standards, and DevOps practices in accordance with IT SBO Group’s DEV COE guidelines, ensuring technical excellence and operational stability. - Team Development & Capability Building
Provide mentorship and career development support to team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. - Global Coordination & Vendor Management
Manage collaboration with offshore teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, support coverage, and alignment with service-level expectations. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report on delivery metrics, quality KPIs, and team performance indicators to inform leadership decisions and drive operational transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of working experience in software development related fields, with at least 2 years in team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with global delivery models.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
