Candidate Profile:

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Timely bar admission will be a condition of employment.
  • 1–4 yearsof substantive experience inestate planning,
  • trust and estate administration
  • , and
  • tax planning
  • .
  • Exposure to drafting
  • complex estate planning
  • and
  • business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals
  • .
  • Familiarity withgift,

  • generation-skipping tax planning strategies

  • Experience assisting withprobate proceedingsfor both
