Maintenance Technician Details:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical to ensure optimal functionality and safety
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and maintaining smooth operations across production and office areas
- Conduct inspections and maintain documentation through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Support general building upkeep such as painting, minor carpentry, filter changes, door and fixture repairs, and coordination with outside vendors for specialized services
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
