We are seeking a Christian multi-tasker with great organizational skills, office experience, some bookkeeping, a heart for camp ministry, and an infectious smile. Do you thrive in a busy environment? This key team position assists and supports the flow of business through the office and supports the Office Manager and Executive Director with office related responsibilities. You’ll create a pleasant and welcoming front office and efficient work environment that promotes the flow of business and glorifies God. You’ll also serve department managers, staff members, guests and the public with office related functions. We’re looking for someone who naturally presents a positive Godly welcome to all.
Basic Skill Requirements:
• Proficient computer skills and use of MSOffice and Google platforms
• Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Capable of quickly becoming proficient with other software platforms and web editing tools
• Presents a courteous, kind and helpful demeanor in person and on the phone
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining a high level of organization of files, flyers, documents, emails, registrations, and information
• Basic working knowledge of the bulk mailing process and office equipment
• Capable of giving facility tours
• Willingness to cross train in other departments
General Responsibilities:
• Triage all business that routes through the Main Office
• Process monthly mailing, donations and donation thank you letters
• Interact with the public - Phone, Email, visitors, etc.
• Key administrator of camp app and Website maintenance
• Assists those in need with camp registrations and payments and process scholarships
• Assist with deliveries and pick-ups
• Daily AP entries in QuickBooks and offer Bookkeeper/Accountant Support

Hours fluctuate: September – March are Monday – Thursday 9:30am to 3:30pm and April – August 8:30am to 4pm Compensation includes: Paid hourly wage, paid training, housing (if available), meals, uniforms, and professional development.
