Position Summary
The Head Cook helps fulfill the ministry of Oak Forest by leading the preparation and service of meals for campers, guests, and staff. This role oversees kitchen operations, maintains food quality and safety, and fosters a Christ-centered, servant-hearted environment in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate kitchen staff for efficient and timely meal service.
Oversee food preparation, menu execution, and portion control.
Ensure meals are served on schedule and with warm hospitality.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Communicate inventory needs and menu suggestions to the Food Service Director.
Model Christlike teamwork, humility, and care toward all staff and guests.
Spiritual Expectations
Exhibit a growing relationship with Jesus Christ in both word and deed.
