Chef Manager
Location: Monroe St Clare Friedensheim
We are seeking a Chef manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Extensive cooking experience and experience leading a team are required.

Responsibilities:
- Menu development within provided guidelines
- Ordering and maintaining inventory
- Hiring and developing team members
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Develop and maintain relationship with other management and client
Requirements:
- Extensive culinary experience
- Prior experience with leading a team

- Knowledge in Microsoft office including excel
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
