Position:Resident Assistant - Assisted Living
A Resident Assistant is vital to help ensure our residents are happy and assist our partners with caring for the most vulnerable members of our society.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Passing water, linens, and meal trays
- Organizing equipment and changing batteries on lifts
- Helping with other minor tasks around the halls
- Accompanying residents on transportations
- Answering call lights
- Answering the phone
- Other tasks assigned by designated staff
- Talking with residents and getting to know them
Qualifications:
- Show a desire to learn and help others
- Be compassionate, hardworking, and empathetic
- Must be flexible, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.
