Position Summary:
Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced individual for the Substance Use Counselor position in our Pathways Program. Pathways is an intensive outpatient and outpatient program providing a personal support plan for recovery and relapse prevention. The program helps clients experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol find the support they need to get their lives back on track. The Substance Use Counselor will conduct assessments, facilitate groups and individual sessions, provide case management and reports to referral sources for this daytime program. The counselor is expected to be familiar with evidenced-based treatments and the principles of trauma informed care.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree Required
- License Required (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMFT, and or LCADC)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a substance abuse field
- Experience with co-occurring population preferred
- This program requires that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as you apply, please ensure you are fully vaccinated
- Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
- Vehicle with current insurance and registration
