Candidate Profile
- JDfrom atop-tier law schoolwith an

- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
- 2–6 yearsof substantive experience withtechnologyand

- Demonstrated experience handlingregulatory issuesand
- litigation actions , including
- consumer class action ,
- gambling loss recovery

- mass arbitration
- Experience withstate Attorney Generaland
- Gambling Commission actions and
- investigations

Key Responsibilities
- Advise gaming industry clientson federal, state, and localregulatory complianceand
- litigation matters
- Draftandargue motions,

- briefs in

- Oversee litigation strategiesfor cases such asconsumer class actions, gambling loss recovery claims, mass arbitrations,and
