The General Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance for the office building. This position will help to maintain organization and coordination of materials/supplies at the shop location and to load and unload trucks that travel to and from job sites along with other general laborer duties. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to a job site one day per week. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Loading and unloading company and delivery trucks to and from job sites
• Gathering and organizing materials/supplies for job sites
• Assessing/sorting materials that are returned from job sites
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include, but not limited to, repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• General office/property maintenance such as landscaping, lawn mowing, snow removal, and safety checks and inspections
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair a plus
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of small engine repair and maintenance a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training offered.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
• Prolonged periods standing, driving, and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Test required
• Core Hours: Mon-Thur: 6:30am-4:30pm; Occasional overtime is required
