Physician-Hospitalist Full Time/Part Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a full-time OR part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.

  • Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.

  • Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.

  • Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.

  • Participate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.

Schedule & Workload:

  • Shift Length Flexibility

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

  • Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain).

  • Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
