Butler Hospital is expanding our Partial Hospital programs to meet the significant demands of the community! To successfully do so, we are in need of hiring talented and energized program therapists to treat patients in our various Partial Hospital Programs;
CBT Partial, treating adults ages 18 and over
Adolescent Partial, treating patients ages 13-17
Young Adult Partial, treating patients ages 18-26
Women's Partial Program, treating female or female identifying patients ages 18 and older.
Program Therapist job duties in this role include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, treatment planning, conducting individual therapy and group therapy sessions, collaborating with providers/schools, and facilitating family meetings. Treatment spans across all partial programs, flexing as needed to the demands of the community. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
